Custom Laser Cut Foam Insert

A laser cut foam insert built to your case, not to a generic template. Pick how many layers you need and whether you are sending us foam or buying ours.

Read this before you order

• Maximum insert width is 12 inches. Length is effectively unlimited. Measure the SHORTER dimension of your case. If it is over 12 inches, message us before ordering.
• Count your layers. One layer is one sheet of pockets. A deep case holding harmonicas, mics and tools is usually four or five. A shallow tray for watches, small parts or hand tools is often one or two.
• After you order we will ask for the case make and model, what is going in it, and a photo. Nothing gets cut until the layout is approved.

Foam

You supply the foam and we cut it. We supply the foam and it is included in the price. We cut 10mm high density EVA.

What the price covers

Every order includes setup, layout and machine time. First article includes drawing your layout from scratch. Once a layout exists it goes in our library, and a repeat of the same case is quoted lower.

Getting it to you

Local pickup in Springfield IL is free. Foam is light and bulky, so shipping is quoted at actual cost before anything is cut. Nothing goes on the machine until you have the number.
