What shipping service do you use?

Where will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped directly to the address entered at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Vendor-fulfilled products (including Ryte Sport swimwear) may ship separately after manufacturing is complete.

How quickly are the products decorated and shipped out?

All orders are processed as soon as they are placed.

  • 3–5 Day Production (Express Production): Applies to eligible in-stock items that live in our warehouse. These ship out faster than standard production. Shipping time is additional.
  • Standard Production: Varies by vendor. An estimated ship date is calculated at checkout and appears in your cart and order confirmation email.
  • Items eligible for 3–5 Day Production are marked with the icon on the storefront and filterable in store.
  • Important: Express eligibility applies only if all items in the cart qualify. Mixed carts (regular + express) are handled as regular orders.
  • We do not split shipments. If you want express-eligible items sooner, place a separate order for those items.

We offer three methods of shipping. Prices are subject to change.

Will I be notified that my order has shipped?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with an electronic packing slip and tracking details as soon as your order ships. If you believe your order should have shipped but didn’t receive the email, contact our Customer Experience team and we’ll provide the tracking information.

Vendor-fulfilled products (including Ryte Sport swimwear) may ship separately after manufacturing is complete.

Do you ship outside of the US?

  • United States & Canada: We currently ship to the US and Canada.
  • Canada duties/taxes: Canadian customers are responsible for duties and taxes for orders shipping into Canada.
  • Puerto Rico: We ship to Puerto Rico; allow extra time for customs (up to 10 days).
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Estimated ~3 weeks from the initial ship date to delivery.

What is 3–5 Day Production (express production)?

When an item is already in stock on our warehouse shelves, we’re able to start production earlier and ship a few days faster. These items are marked with the 3–5 Day Production icon in store. 3–5 Day Production refers to production time only—shipping time is additional.

  • Inventory fluctuates; availability by item/size/color can change.
  • Orders ship earlier only if the entire order contains express-eligible items.
  • Mixed orders are treated as regular orders (no split shipments). Consider two separate orders if you want express-eligible items faster.
  • There’s no extra cost for 3–5 Day Production.
